Position Overview:

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Operations team, working collaboratively with two other Sales Support members, Sales Support Manager, Sales Managers and the full Sales Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency in sales operations, providing indispensable support to the European wholesale division.

What you’ll do:

Together with the team, you will be building and maintaining relationships with our clients and representing our brands with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your main responsibilities are administrative processing of orders from order entry to invoicing, receipt, investigation, and subsequent resolution of customer queries for the customer base in Europe and sometimes global partners.

  • Pro-actively execute and answer all kinds of questions regarding orders, returns, product information, invoices and deliveries.
  • Work with our seasonal content (imagery and copy) and providing all business partners with needed tools.
  • Coordinate the provision of seasonal samples to our partners
  • Offer support to the international sales team such as showroom preparations, buying tool preparations, cancellations, submitting (re)orders, after sales and in-season reporting
  • Coordinate efficient support as the link between logistics, Order management, credit & collections and the fulfillment team
  • Sales order creation, Invoice processing, Delivery maintenance, and Reporting.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency in order processing, delivery execution, and payment fulfillment. It requires communication with multiple departments and international counterparts.
  • Assist in managing sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and timely processing.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate sales reports and analyze performance data.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with European wholesale clients and distributors.
  • Support the Sales managers and Directors with administrative tasks, calendar management
  • Collaborate with the global team based in the USA to implement and improve sales support processes.
  • Prepare and manage sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Advise on stock levels and work closely with the planning team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide language support in both French and English for sales-related communications and documentation.

What you'll need:

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).

  • Experienced in Excel. Proficiency in ERP-systems & BI tool such as Exenta and Power BI is a big plus!

  • Previous experience in fashion retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable

  • Enthusiastic, proactive is your middle name and you understand the importance of multi-tasking

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Teamplayer by nature; Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

  • Problem solver with a service-oriented mindset and sparring partner for our customers

  • You have a very structured and organized way of working and you know how to streamline our business

Location: The role is based in the Netherlands (Hoofddorp), working closely with the European and American teams. You'll need to be willing to travel to the office and in possession of a valid work permit (no sponsorship possible).
