Our customer's time in the store is vital, and the Fashion Host's role is to inspire the store team to provide the all-important Scotch & Soda hospitality. Fashion Hosts manage their in-store teams, guiding them to reach KPIs, setting them new goals and always encouraging them to improve their performance. Sound like something you could do? Fashion Host - Benjamin
Benjamin started his career as a retail employee over six years ago at our Wiesbaden store in Germany. After two years, he became the Assistant Fashion Host, before taking on the role of Fashion Host another two years after that. These days, he is responsible for the planning, organisation and supervision of all in-store business activities.
“I’m fascinated by the story behind our collections. We don’t just make fashion – we always have an exciting theme, a great inspiration and often collaborations with exceptional artists. When each new collection arrives in-store, you can immediately tell that the designers have come up with a feeling that’s new and exciting, and I feel privileged that I’m able to help pass that on to our customers. For me, that’s what makes the Scotch & Soda brand a great one to work for. One of the things I’m most proud of is the hard-working and harmonious team I’ve been able to build during my six years at Scotch & Soda. Even when faced with challenging situations, I’m able to see how well we all fit together – we always somehow manage to get through it as a team. I’ll always remember that our Wiesbaden store won the first budget challenge and went to Oktoberfest in Munich as a reward.”
