Join Our Dynamic Team as an E-commerce Marketing Specialist!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced and innovative environment? We're looking for a talented E-commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital presence. If you have a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and driving business growth in a start-up environment, this role is perfect for you. This role is versatile, and requires a hands-on approach. You’ll report to the Image Director and will be given a lot of autonomy to drive marketing campaigns.



What you’ll do:

  • Manage Campaigns: Oversee and update e-commerce promotional, seasonal, and evergreen content. Ensure product images, pricing, and hierarchy align with the brand’s image direction and tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
  • SEO Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize product descriptions, titles, and meta tags to enhance SEO.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO/SEM, email marketing, weekly newsletters, social media marketing, digital advertising).
  • Promotions and Discounts: Implement and monitor discounts, promotions, and marketing campaigns to attract customers and drive sales. Analyze and report on GA data to understand website performance and product sales opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze website performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for content improvements. 
  • CRM Management: Oversee CRM, including customer segmentation, data analysis, personalization strategies, loyalty program management, and newsletter timeline management.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Designer to ensure consistency in digital assets and promotional content.



What you’ll need:

  • At least 4-5 years ecommerce, digital marketing operations or related field experience, preferably in Fashion or retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related.
  • Digital native with a trade mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Basic understanding of UX to ensure a seamless user experience on the website.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working autonomously yet maintaining a structured check-in and sign-off process with the Image Director and Senior Global Marketing Manager.
  • Strong project-management skills.
  • A continuous-learner mindset with a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, creative team player, with strong ability to work cross functionally and independently.
  • Experience with website testing, optimization, and personalization tools.
  • Hands on experience using data from digital and site analytics tools, such as GA.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, organization, self-starter, and analytical experience.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
