Are you a seasoned Credit Controller with a robust track record in debtor management and payment handling processing? We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our team in Hoofddorp as a Credit Controller for the German-speaking markets in the DACH region.

What you'll do:

• Debtor Portfolio Management: Skillfully oversee and manage the debtor portfolio, ensuring timely payments and resolution of outstanding issues to optimize cash flow.
• Payment Processing: Efficiently oversee and process payments, utilizing expertise in payment processing systems and tools to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Adaptability to Change: Proactively anticipate and adapt to changes in the financial and software landscape, demonstrating resilience and agility to navigate evolving work processes effectively.
• Technology Integration: Utilize in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Exenta or similar, recognizing figures and ensuring seamless integration for enhanced financial control.

What you'll need:

• Credit Control Expertise: Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Control and Debtors Management, showcasing a deep understanding of industry best practices.
• Payment Systems Proficiency: Strong familiarity with payment processing systems and tools, demonstrating a high level of proficiency to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analytical Acumen: Possess strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, enabling the identification of financial trends and potential risk areas.
• Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English, facilitating assertive communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Assertiveness: Demonstrate assertiveness in dealing with debtors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Industry Network (Nice to Have): Ideally, having key accounts in the fashion industry to leverage existing relationships and understanding of industry-specific credit control nuances.
• Adaptability and Resilience: Exhibit resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges posed by shifting software landscapes without succumbing to stress, ensuring continuous performance excellence.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly adapting to technological changes while maintaining a high standard of performance.
• Hybrid work: You'll need to be based in the Netherlands, and willing to commute to our Hoofddorp office at least 3 days a week.
• Contractual hours: This position can be fulfilled either 32 hours or 39 hours (full-time; good news, we finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays)
