As a Fashion Host – store manager – you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of both your team and store. Do you have strong leadership, management and people skills? WHAT YOU’LL DO

No two days are the same, but chances are you’ll be:

• Ensuring that all standard operations run smoothly, and goals are met
• Taking the lead on trainings and team development, recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Reporting key information and performance indicators
• Proactively working with the Area Manager to improve performance
• Working with your team to deliver the best customer experience
• Achieving financial objectives; tracking budget expenses, staffing, planning
• Responsible for the store inventory and general store safety, and maintaining the merchandise stock

• This is not your first time in a service, retail, or management position
• You’re comfortable at giving trainings and presentations to your store team
• You have strong communication skills, are happy to engage with people and driven to deliver excellent customer service

Prerequisites:

• Great understanding of various fashion items
• Strong management and leadership skills
• High school diploma or GED
