We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Senior Retail Marketing Operations Coordinator who is driven, a star in organizing and experienced in a supporting & administrative role in the world of (fashion) retail. You will be joining our Marketing team which is responsible for all marketing initiatives across the brand, worldwide and is based at our beautiful canal side office in the center of Amsterdam.

What will you do?

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Marketing Manager in the coordination of all retail marketing projects and retail marketing productions. You will be the gatekeeper of the production calendar, timings, process planning, progress, sampling, global distribution, and delivery of all instore POS/Marketing materials such as seasonal banners, frames, artwork, digital screens i.e. some specific day-to-day responsibilities will include the below:

  • Coordinating the seasonal POS production and delivery process from A to Z.
  • Liaise with all global (and/or regional) marketing managers to gather required POS asset/material needs in order to develop a fully considered brief for Creative Services to create and deliver marketing materials. Following up on each brief ensuring the required support/materials are delivered within specified deadlines.
  • Liaising with the (global) marketing teams and suppliers to make sure all POS assets that are received are being sent to rest of teams globally to ensure a smooth global roll out and execution
  • Coding of POS materials for internal systems
  • Keeping track of budgets and cost overviews.
  • Keeping track of global POS material stock levels
  • Maintaining a global Distribution Doc along with the Store Development team to compile up-to-date store counts and collections info for all channels worldwide
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all retail digital content workflows including maintaining a digital screen inventory doc and briefing in new content to support in-store activations
  • Ad hoc support as needed
  • Assisting with the creation of presentations to support and/or recap marketing materials and activities
  • Coordinate retail marketing productions with vendors

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar project management supporting / administrative role in (fashion) retail and comfortable building experiences across owned retail, wholesale and franchise channels
  • You are a real coordinator and executer with the ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities flexibly while maintaining a positive work attitude
  • You have excellent project management, planning and organizational skills, you are capable of managing multiple activities at the same time and thrive in a dynamic environment and is used to working with hard deadlines.
  • Exceptional capacity to work across teams and foster relationships within the organization as well as with third party partners with the ability to effectively manage timelines and coordinate to deliver results.
  • Quick apprehension, proactivity and a hands-on mentality with willingness to take on and over responsibilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent Excel, Power Point and keynote skills
  • You are a great communicator and fluent in English, spoken and written
