We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager to join our team on an interim basis for up to 7 months (maternity cover) starting in April 2023. You will become part of our global HR team comprising of 23 colleagues globally with 14 of them being based at our beautiful offices in Amsterdam & Hoofddorp. Scotch & Soda has over 1700 employees working all over the world.
As our Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager you are responsible for end to end HQ NL recruitment and global employer branding. You will ensure that our genuinely lovely place to work will be show cased to the world by continuing to display our culture through employer branding efforts. You will take the lead in defining our global recruitment strategy and you will lead and manage our Recruitment Marketing Coordinator. You will work on recruitment & employer branding related projects and look for room for improvement in our current recruitment processes.
