As a Studio Coordinator at Scotch & Soda, you will play a pivotal role in the production and delivery of seasonal collection assets, supporting the marketing team. You’ll collaborate across departments, assist in managing photoshoots, and coordinate key aspects of the production process—from booking models to organizing samples. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our creative teams and contribute to the seamless execution of our seasonal collections.



What You'll Do:

  • Production Support: Assist the Image Director in the production of seasonal collection assets, including ecommerce on-model shots and external flat shot productions.
  • Planning & Coordination: Help plan the seasonal production calendar and maintain effective communication with internal teams.
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Oversee the collection and organization of samples, shoes, and accessories for styling key looks during various photoshoots.
  • Talent Booking: Manage the booking and scheduling of models, hair, and makeup artists with their respective agencies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Heads of Departments, the Chief Product Officer, and the Image Director to assist with the styling of commercial looks.
  • Post-Production Support: Ensure the timely delivery of final assets by supporting the post-production process.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and manage the asset bank by uploading final assets and communicating with both internal and external teams.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle all related studio administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.







What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator or similar role.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-solving skills—able to think on your feet and tackle challenges proactively.
  • A growth mindset—adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external agencies.
  • Persuasive and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry, either on the brand or agency side, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Willing to commute to our various locations such as Hoofddorp & Amsterdam offices
  • Possess an EU citizenship or valid work permit without sponsorship requirements
