We are searching for an outlet stock coordinator to strengthen our Central Planning & Allocation team in our Hoofddorp office.

Together with your colleague, you will be fully responsible for the forecasting, buy-in, allocation and clearance of our European ladies and kids outlet products.


  • Be an expert in recognising demand and use data from both our full price and outlet season performance to analyse and improve the outlet buying process.
  • Analyse and monitor stock levels, the sales vs stock planning, margins and markdowns.
  • Be the main point of contact for the outlet stores to order to secure optimal product availability.
  • You are a star with numbers and with your superb analytical skills you know how to optimise our sales. This in combination with strong time-management skills. Flexibility is your second name and reliable your third. 
  • You are a team player and you will be well prepared and play an active role in our weekly Sales Meetings. Don’t expect to walk into a streamlined process; you’re happy creating your own.

Job requirements

  • Great analytical skills 
  • You’re interested in fashion and of course any retail experience is a plus;
  • You can relate to our brand and the Scotch & Soda style;
  • Proficient in English – we are an international brand and work a lot in English;
  • Team orientated, you can show initiative and be yourself;
  • You are a multitasker, good planner, and are able to keep the overview in busy times
  • You are motivated to grow with us and develop your knowledge and skills;
