We are looking for a US-based, all-round IT Support Engineer to act as the 1st line of contact for our US and Canada based operations. You will be a part of the Global IT team based in the Netherlands.
We are looking for a proactive person to support our end user and store staff who is capable of solving 90% of the problems without escalation. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of relevant technologies and perfectly understands the needs of our store and office personnel.
