IT Support Engineer

What will you do?

• You support our global office users with all their hard- and software issues
• Responding to user issues and incidents via the ticketing system, phone calls and chat
• You will be providing users their (new) equipment, utilizing JAMF for a user friendly, zero-touch deployment
• You will manage and continuously maintain the Mac, Windows and iPhone images including installed applications, tools and agents. Primarily using JAMF
• Assist in hardware and software inventory management

Skills to be successful:

• At least 2-3 years experienced as an IT support engineer/analyst
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of Mac OS X and Microsoft Operating Systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP users and groups
• Experience with JAMF and Apple Device management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
• Passion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges and providing exceptional customer service
