We are looking for a happy, social and administrative person to be responsible for our customer support and the daily operations of our office/showroom in Stockholm. We are looking for you, someone who enjoys providing customer care and handling administrative tasks. All in the setting of an office overlooking the water at Lilla Essingen. As our Customer & Office support, you handle questions from our customers and you will, among other things, help them with questions regarding orders, invoices, complaints, price and freight issues, etc. You will also administer contract management and manual invoicing. Overall, you feel great passion for service and taking responsibility for delivery and customer dialogue.

The position entails a wide range of contacts as you will work closely with other departments e.g., finance and sales, to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be the point of contact for suppliers linked to the office and property and have overall responsibility for consumables in the office. For this role, we believe it is important to have a present and inspiring way of working, which shows in behaviours such as being in the moment but not losing sight of the future.

We are looking for you who want to take part in taking Scotch & Soda to the next level and work to create more happy customers and to expand the business in the Nordic and Baltic markets.

Skills & Experience Required:

We are looking for someone with a strong motivation to pursue their career. Someone with a can-do mentality, naturally thinking in solutions instead of problems and always eager to learn. Furthermore:

  • You are service-, solution-oriented and communicative in speech and writing, mainly in Swedish and English;
  • If you are also fluent in Norwegian, Danish, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian and Finnish - fantastic;
  • You combine your sense of structure and order with being proactive, customer- and sales-oriented;
  • It is desirable that you have a relevant university degree, and it is advantageous if you have experience in a similar role and/or another service profession, preferably from a fast-moving environment;
  • You feel very comfortable in the Office package and find it easy to familiarise yourself with new SaaS apps.
