WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a mid-level Commercial Planner, you will play a key role in driving sales and optimizing business performance. You will be responsible for sales forecasting, performance analysis, play an essential role in our pricing and markdown strategy and the development and execution of seasonal sales and inventory plans. You will be working closely together with our stock planner and allocator and report into our Trade Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuous sales forecasting based on actual performance, market trends, and historical data;
  • Collaborate with buying, planning, allocation, and supply chain teams to align inventory levels with customer demand;
  • Monitor allocation of goods to ensure healthy weeks of supply in both e-commerce and retail;
  • Develop and execute strategies for reducing excess inventory and maximizing profitability;
  • Develop and implement pricing and markdown strategies;
  • Provide insights to align commercial plans with business objectives;
  • Manage the commercial calendar.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • HBO or WO education;
  • 5+ years of relevant experience;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Sound understanding of retail merchandise KPIs, including sales and stock monitoring;
  • Experience in inventory flow management, allocation, and replenishment optimization.
