Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve sales and margin goals on a monthly, and seasonal basis.

  • Maintain day-to-day client communications
  • Manage and grow current accounts and cultivate strong relationships with buyers and key store personnel.
  • Grow the specialty store base through attending regional and national trade shows.
  • Manage the order process from start to finish, collaborating with customer service and operations to guarantee timely and correct delivery to clients.
  • Liaise with the Director of Sales to create long and short-term business plans that align with company goals. Implement these plans by-account to achieve sales and brand goals.
  • Analyze sales data weekly (by style and category) and develop weekly action plan recommendations for key accounts
  • Visits stores to ensure strong brand presentations and client satisfaction.
  • Assort and manage seasonal drop ship assortments for key clients.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of markets by pursuing (field) market research and pass on relevant information (e.g., trends, competitor analysis, country analysis) to relevant stakeholders
  • Build and customize assortments per door, based on insights obtained during previous seasons (e.g., sell-out data and client touchpoints)
  • Provide in-season support (e.g., order fulfilment issues, additions, B2B-portal, direct sales) and manage accounts in line with strategic direction for the market
  • Provide (ad hoc) analyses and reporting for presentations to management and key stakeholders
  • Accountable for individual expense budget management

WHAT IS NEEDED?

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
    • A history working with retail performance analytics.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Experience working with OTB.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strategic approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven knowledge in national account management.
    • Strong sense of urgency and extremely detail oriented.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed.
