Internships
Our interns are flexible, open-minded and have naturally outstanding social skills. They’re proactive team players who can fend for themselves and don’t shy away from sharing ideas. Needless to say, they have a keen interest in fashion, and get bonus points for experience in the lifestyle industry.
We run things from four HQs: two are in Hoofddorp and the other two are located in the heart of Amsterdam’s canal district. Your main office location will depend on the department you’ll join.

Visual Merchandise Project Manager - Adi
Adi joined Scotch as a Creative Production Intern, assisting our producer with scouting locations and finding props for photo shoots and line launches. She discovered her love for project management via a pop-up shop project in Schiphol airport, and now she’s a full-time Visual Merchandising Project Manager.
“During the Schiphol project, I got to meet so many people in the company and develop my project management skills. It really pushed me out of my comfort zone. I now work on enhancing the look and feel of our stores, from furnishings to POS materials. There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing your ideas come to life. I’m really lucky with my team too, they’re all unique and very creative, and there are a lot of opportunities to take on challenges and really shine in your role.”
Save the date
At Scotch & Soda, there are two internship intakes per year: either in September or February, and the applications open in May or October, respectively. Placements can last from 16 weeks to one year, depending on which department you’d like to have experience in.
