HR Manager Retail NL - Phylicia

Phylicia started her career with Scotch & Soda as HR Executive in the head office in 2016. Now, she works as a retail HR Manager. She’s responsible for the entire employee cycle, supporting our Area Managers and Fashion Hosts (our store managers) alike. Ensuring employee satisfaction is a big part of her role, taking care of employees on an individual level and making sure that Scotch & Soda creates a fun, interesting and fulfilling environment to work in.

Being able to acknowledge an individual’s unique strengths and understand how we can use them to improve the team as a whole is key to our success. There has to be a balance.
